PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
*LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PURCHASE OF SPECIFIED PRODUCT PER DAY
1. The promoter of the promotion (“Promotion”) is Windsor Op Co Pty Ltd ACN 635 582 115 trading as “Hotel Windsor Dalby” of 32 Patrick St, Dalby QLD 4405 (“Promoter”). By participating in the Promotion, all persons agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Queensland aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agents and contractors of the Promoter associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. The Promotion is limited to the Hotel Windsor Dalby 32 Patrick St, Dalby QLD 4405 (“Participating Venue”).
3. The Promotion commences at 10.00 AEST on 01/12/23 and closes at 19.15 AEST on 23/12/23 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter, during the Promotional Period an entrant (“Entrant”) must:
to receive one (1) entry form (“Entry Form”); and
5. A limit of one (1) qualifying purchase (in accordance with clause 4 above) per Entrant per day applies.
6. The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) will take place at 19.30 AEST on 23/12/23 at the Participating Venue.
7. The first valid Entry Form drawn from the Entry Box at the Prize Draw will be the winner (“Prize Winner”) and will receive the prize (“Prize”). The Winner will be contacted by telephone within 2 days of the Prize Draw via the telephone number specified by the Entrant on the Entry Form. If the Prize Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the Prize by 5pm on 25/1/24, a second draw will take place at 19.30 AEST on 26/1/24 at the Participating Venue and the Prize awarded to the first valid Entry Form drawn from Entry Box who will then be the Prize Winner in substitution for the previous Prize Winner.
8. In the Promotion there is one Prize to be won consisting of a Kegs Off Tap Home Bar X with a Single Tap Stainless Steel Font Kit (RRP: $879.00); one (1) 2.6kg CO2 bottle (RRP: $100.00); and one 49.5L keg of XXXX Gold (RRP: $305.00). The total value of the Prize is $1,284.00.
9. The Prize Winner is responsible for the collection of the Prize from the Participating Venue. The Promoter is not responsible for delivering the Prize to the Prize Winner.
10. The Prize is not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entry Forms or other communications. In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may (subject to relevant Queensland lottery legislation and, where legally required, with the approval of
the relevant lottery authority (“Authority”)) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
12. If the Prize or any element of the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the Prize or an element of the Prize with a prize or element of the Prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the Authority. The Prize Winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the Prize or an element of a Prize has been substituted in accordance with this clause 12.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from any Entrant relevant to entry into or participation in the Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with the Promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the Promotion as intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems
or conduct, then the Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the Authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion.
14. The Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of any third party Prize suppliers (“Third Party Prize Suppliers”). To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and each related body corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability to the Prize Winner whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury, death or any other damage or loss (including direct or indirect loss) in any way arising from the Prize Winner’s participation in the Promotion or the Prize Winner’s winning, ownership or use of the Prize.
15. The Prize Winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability whether arising in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury, death or any other damage or loss (including direct or indirect loss) in any way arising from the Prize Winner’s participation in the Promotion or the Prize Winner’s winning, ownership or use of the Prize.
16. The Prize Winner consents to the Promoter using their name, image, entry or voice in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter as part of the Prize.
17. The Promoter supports the responsible service of alcohol. An Entrant will be refused service of alcohol or the provision of the Prize if in breach of any relevant laws, codes or policies including relating to the responsible service of alcohol.
18. Any personal property rights in each Entry Form are owned by the Promoter. Details and personal information from an Entry Form will be collected by the Promoter and used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including the Authority, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion) and for promotional purposes related to the Promotion in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the use of their personal information as described above and agree that the Promoter may use their personal information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the Entrant. An Entrant may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contact the Participating Venue on (07) 4662 2911 during business hours.
19. Lion Beer is not responsible for or connected with the Promotion other than as Third Party Prize Supplier.
ASSET CONDITIONS

To enter, during the Promotional Period: a) purchase a Pint of any XXXX, Hahn, Tooheys, James Squire, Byron Bay Brewery or Eumundi Brewery Tap Beer from the Windsor Hotel Dalby (‘Participating Venue’) and to receive one (1) entry form; or b) Purchase any carton or block of XXXX, Hahn, Tooheys, James Squire, Byron Bay Brewery or Eumundi Brewery from the Liquor Warehouse Dalby, Windsor Hotel (‘Participating Outlet’) to receive one (1) entry form and c) fully complete the entry form and place into the specially marked entry box located at the Participating Venue/Outlet. Max 1 qualifying purchase per person per day. A prize draw will take place at the Windsor Hotel Dalby 32 Patrick St, Dalby QLD 4405 at 19.30 AEST on 22/12/23. The first valid randomly selected entry drawn will win the Prize. Prize consists of a Kegs Off Tap Home Bar X with a Single Tap Stainless Steel Font Kit (RRP: $879.00), one (1) 2.6kg CO2 bottle (RRP: $100.00) and one 49.5L keg of XXXX Gold (RRP: $305.00). Total Prize is valued at $1284.00. Winner will be notified by telephone within 2 days of the prize draw. The Promoter and Lion Beer support the responsible service of alcohol.
